Well, I promised to switch this weekly post to Sunday but… yes. Let’s try that next week again. As I spend most of my week in bed or at the doctors office I didn’t take a lot of pictures and have not a lot to say. Yesterday I went to have a short look at Karneval der Kulturen, because it was so nice outside. Hopefully I’m well again until friday, when I’ll be heading to Graz for the weekend with [...]
Hello there! I’m back from Stuttgart, where we did workshops at GTM and visited the Mercedes Benz Museum. Pretty much since I’m back in Berlin, I spent all my time sick in my bed. Could think of something better. Anyway, this way I had the time for some doodle downloads for you and listening to travel audiobooks. From today on “My Week in Pictures” will change a little: starting next week everything will be posted on Sunday again, instead of [...]
Hello from the South! Stuttgart to be precise. I’m here for German Travel Mart, to hold some workshops with my friends from Reiseblogger Kollektiv. Last week I made some new travel plans, MyFest kicked off the open air season in Berlin and by a great coincidence I found this little alphabet postcard by the awesome Kaja in a bar in Stuttgart. Have a nice week, Schnubbis!
I’ve got not a lot to tell, this week. I’m just happy to be in Berlin, catch up with friends and work, taking spring walks with my headphones on and have beers by the canal. I’ll just leave you with a song by Radical Face, that really keeps me going right now and a part of the lyrics, without any further comments. I seen more places than I can name And over time they all start to look the same [...]
I can’t tell how happy I am that spring is finally there. I spent a couple of days at my parents in West Germany before I headed back to Berlin with a stopover in Frankfurt. I spend the weekend in Berlin, enjoying “Sweater Weather”, walking around and having my first BBQ at Tempelhofer Park. Attentive peeps might have noticed that you can’t find all shots in my Instagram stream. Every now and the I post pictures over at YouthHotspotsGermany together [...]
I’m just back from Thailand, and although spring finally hit Germany, I’m already missing my little island, driving scooters, reading in a hammock and having banana pancakes and iced coffee at the beach. We enjoyed the last couple of days of our trip, even though we had some little incidents and left on Thursday for not one but two nights in Bangkok. Two days were barely enough to get a first impression of this gigantic city, but I hope to [...]
“Sawadee Kha!” everyone! I’m writing this as I’m sitting on the veranda of my wooden bungalow on a lonely island in Thailand, while I’m listening to the waves. I could stay here forever right now. In the beginning of the week we explored Krabi area with kayaking, island hopping and snorkeling during our blog trip with Thailand Tourism. While everyone else headed home on Thursday, Lea, Johannes and me stayed in the area to explore the south of Thailand a [...]
